Manage Knowledge Base
To manage Knowledge Base, click Knowledge Base from left sidebar. After that knowledge base lists will appear. From here you can add, edit and delete any knowledge base.
New Knowledge Base
Go to Knowledge-base-> New Knowledge Base.
You will need to create Group before creating knowledge base.
Enable Comments means you allow facebook comments in this article. This option will available if you enable facebook comments from preference.
Slug will be created based on subject.
Edit Knowledge Base
You can update knowledge base details here.
Here slug must be unique, and it's based on subject
Here you can find the related article and can comment from your facebook id.
You must need to log in your facebook id before comment in an article
